Alberto M. Ramos
Antoanella Iulia Motoc is a Professor at the University of Bucharest and a Lawyer with Bucharest Bar. She also serves as the President of the United Nations Sub-commission on Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.
Professor Motoc graduated from University Aix-Marseille III, School of Law with a LL.M. in International Public Law, 1991, and University of Bucharest, School of Law with a LL.B.,1989. She holds a Ph.D in International Public Law from University Aix-Marseille III, 1996, Habilitation in Law from University Paris XI "Jean Monnet" department, 1998 and a Ph.D in Moral and Political Philosophy from University of Bucharest, 1999. She has also served as a judge at Bucharest Court (1990-1995).
