Worldview Institute
The Worldview Institute is UNA-NYC’s executive training program. We provide a forum in which New York professionals in different fields can engage and discuss global issues with experts in foreign policy and international affairs.
The program consists of ten seminar modules geared to develop and enhance the scope of the work and activities of business executives at U.S. based multi-national corporations, as well as professionals within the NGO, UN, media, law, government, diplomatic and academic communities. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of professional experience or relevant graduate work.
Seminar topics are designed to stimulate informal but academic discussions with practitioners in the international arena and to illuminate and explore business, political, economic and social trends in different regions of the world.
Requirements for enrollment
The Worldview Institute is a corporate executive training program of the United Nations Association of New York. We are seeking the best and brightest professionals in their fields. Applicants are required to have a bachelor's degree and a minimum three years professional experience or relevant graduate work. What’s Included
Worldview Institute semesters usually include dinners with wine at each seminar, as well as a three-course graduation dinner with drinks at the prestigious National Arts Club, with accompanying cocktail reception and an address by an invited keynote speaker. The seminar dinners are usually catered by the different national missions to the United Nations and provide informal opportunities to chat with the presenters. Rounding out the package is a special tour of the UN followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant.
