A Chef’s Day of Sustainable Eating

Join Canadian chef and author Aimée Wimbush-Bourque in the Simple Bites kitchen for a zero waste cooking demo, a special highlight of our Summer Food Series. She will be in conversation with Shaza Moghraby from the World Food Programme.

Sustainable cooking is about making small, attainable actions on a daily basis, such as meal planning, repurposing leftovers and making the most of ingredients.

Expect practical cooking tips, storage hacks, and inspiration for your zero waste kitchen. Pull up a chair at the global table and embrace sustainable cooking for a sustainable future!
