Japanese Teens Visit the UN

Sixteen students from Kwassui junior and high school in Nagasaki, Japan, were taken on a guided tour of the United Nations headquarters in a visit on July 29 arranged by UNA-NYC. The 130-year-old school is one of the oldest girls schools in Japan. This was one of the highlights of the students' two-week stay in the United States. The girls had a memorable time viewing the sights, practicing English and building good will with their host families.
